What if I'm not sure whether Vet Intel contributed to my win?
Use your judgment. If you found the opportunity through our weekly brief, acted on our scoring, used our talking points for a CO call, or pursued the contract based on our analysis — that counts. If you landed it completely independently of anything we delivered, don't pay it. We trust you. That trust is the whole model.
Is there a contract or legal obligation?
No. Growth Share is entirely honor-based and self-reported. There is no legal agreement, no invoice, no collections process, and no audit. We believe in the integrity of veterans. If that ever proves wrong, we'll adjust — but we don't expect it to.
Does Growth Share apply to all tiers?
Growth Share is available to Overwatch tier clients only. At Recon and Sitrep, you're operating independently — we provide the intelligence, you execute the pursuit. Overwatch is where we're actively working alongside you on proposals, CO outreach, and pursuit strategy, which is where Growth Share applies.
What if I win multiple contracts in the same month?
Growth Share applies per contract, each capped independently at $25,000. Win three $1M contracts and your total Growth Share is $30,000 — $10,000 per contract. Your subscription cost doesn't change regardless of how many contracts you win.
Where does the Growth Share money go?
Growth Share payments go directly to operating Vet Intel — the scanning infrastructure, Claude AI analysis, the team that runs pursuit support for Overwatch clients. A portion flows into the 5% revenue donation to Warriors & Quiet Waters that every subscription already funds. No Growth Share payment goes into anyone's pocket first.
How do I report a win?
